Exam Registration and Payment

IB Exams are Registered and Paid for in Total Registration

The IB Coordinator will send communication about payment in Total Registration in September
Each IB Exam costs $150 (2023-2024 school year) and is subject to change if IB or Total Registration fees increase. The cost of the exams covers exam cost per IB, Total Registration fees and costs associated with administering the exam session.
The payment deadline will be mid October (after this deadline, IB charges from $50-$150 per change depending on timing)
- - Until midnight on Oct. 22: no late fee
  - Oct. 23-Nov. 14: $50 late fee per exam
  - Nov. 15-Nov. 30: $150 late fee per exam
Payment must be made in Total Registration by Dec. 1. After that time, a check will need to be made out to Westwood IB and delivered to Westwood High School.
Refunds:
- - Up until Oct. 22: full refund
  - Oct. 22-Nov. 14: refund of $100 per exam
  - No refunds will be issued after November 14.
No changes to student IB exam registration will be made after January 5 unless changes are necessary per the Westwood IB Exit and Disqualification Policies. No refunds will be issued for these changes.

Mrs. Key will visit each IB English Class in October
We will review payment and registration in IBIS and students will sign off that their registration is correct
Changes made after this point will result in late fees being assessed ($50-$150 per change depending on timing)
